"We loved San Sebastian and found the hotel location very convenient. We are also very grateful for the wonderful help we received from the hotel Receptionist on the day we checked out. Our early morning flight was canceled and ti reschedule we needed a Spanish speaker. The Receptionist patiently spoke with the airline so we were able to reschedule without having to go to the airport. "

"I loved this hotel but it was not clear when I booked that the room was interior and had no windows. I would love to come back and stay in the room I was hoping for. There was an issue with the drain in my shower and no hot water so washing my hair after a day at the beach was challenging but I loved being so close to the beach, everything was very clean, and the staff were great. "

"Clean, basic room. Comfortable bed, great blackout curtains. Bathroom was very clean with a large shower. Staff was friendly. Great location, easily walkable to the beach, tons of really good bars/restaurants and shopping. The heater was an old radiator that wasn’t the best but not a big deal at all. Excellent value."

"The hostel is new and very nicely designed in a good area, 1 block from Zurriola surf beach and under 10 min walk to the old town. Bare essentials kitchen and good wifi everywhere. There is a bar/cafe downstairs and the actual dorms are right next door in a residential apartment so you need to be peaceful in there. The owners David and Haritz are two of the nicest, hospitable guys you'll ever meet who will make your stay a memorable one. Also try the salmon toastie!"
