"This is a good value. I liked the amenities in the room - mini kitchen that included a full sized fridge, microwave and cooktop. The wood floor made it feel cleaner than carpet. However, the hallways had dingy feeling carpets and a bad odor. I had to hold my breath every time I walked out of the room."

"Was in Waltham visiting family and got a wonderful rate at this property. The property was extraordinarily clean, everything was updated, the amenities were nice, the pool was adequate and the gym could use a little work but it’s still completely got the job done. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic because there were tons of options that were healthy at the buffet And reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again the room was comfortable and quiet and literally brand new. Looking forward...

Not sure what the hotel could have done to prevent that in the first place, but it seemed to stop after a short while, so maybe other guests complained.
