"this casa is in a nice location quiet streets but close enough to walk into the historic district centre. the people that host this place were welcoming and very informative about things to do and they speak a mix of spanish and english. i was delayed on my flight and they waited up for me despite it being quite late which was a relief. the rooms are a comfortable size and the casa is well proportioned with a seating area. the wifi has a good signal. i enjoyed staying here."

"The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Guadalajara, and it’s a great deal for the price. I had a wonderful time until I returned from a night out. It was dark, and all the doors were locked. I had to call the hotel, and the night guard/receptionist was not very helpful. I left my keys at the desk when I went out, and he asked me a bunch of questions, but not the right ones. If you pay this price for this location including free breakfast & pool, you need to accept the problems with the details. Decent pool. Great breakfast including fresh fruit. Clean (less the small stains). 1L water bottle in room. Shower water pressure & heat a/c worked well, not 'noisy'. Cons: Low quality internet, cuts in & out. Sheets have a few small stains.
