Staff needs to be more informative , everyone had their own hours when the pool, gym, billiards hours were. The staff in the front reception could be friendlier and more knowledable about transportation costs and charging. Didn’t get my room cleaned everyday cause it didn’t need it but asked for my daily water and none was provided so needed to get my room cleaned daily to get my daily 2 bottled waters free. Complained to the manager about the above the hours the staff and so forth and was told to put it in writing or nothing would get done . The location of the hotel made it for the inconsistencies

Property is centrally located, but the area around the hotel is dirty and unsafe. During daylight hours there is lots of activity in the area and seems safe. You are a short walking distance from the main square with lots of bars and restaurants. I would stay at the property again.

The rooms don’t have refrigerators to store cold drinks. This could have been useful on the hots days. People were friendly and the property was clean.

This location was extremely clean and every member of their staff was polite, patient (I speak very little Spanish), and helpful. The room I stayed in was huge compared to other rooms my friends were at in the same area and it was easy for me to get where I needed to be. I really enjoyed breakfast, talk about fine dining, and the spa was exactly what I needed. I'll be back for sure!

The staff was welcoming and helpful. They ensured our comfort and safety, including making sure that we were getting into the right Uber/taxi. BEAUTIFUL hotel! A refuge from the busy streets with beautiful interiors and rooftop views. We had an interior room which was very quiet. The AC in the rooms is effective and controlled via remote. Some interior areas were warm in mid-June but cooler than the outdoors. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained. The views from the roof are amazing. The location makes it easy to access Centro and is inexpensive Ubers to all of the major destinations across the city. The staff in the restaurant and the quality of the food made it feel like we were returning "home". The skylight in room 226 was a lovely surprise!

Hotel is located right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to the basilica and restaurants all around. The one inside the hotel is very good too. Staff was very friendly. Feels like a pretty safe area.

The property was beautiful, every single floor had something that made it unique. It only has one elevator and it didn’t work for 2 days during our stay. We got called for having drinks in a public area of the property @ 8pm. The receptionist were not useful when asked about things to do around the are, when we asked about the spa they wanted to charge us extra for scheduling an appointment in the morning. Breakfast was delicious 10/10. Rooms were spacious and nice. Regardless of the issues we encountered we wouldn’t mind staying there again.

A dresser for folded clothes would have been great. Otherwise, the hotel was superb. Nice breakfast and dinner dessert choices as well as many nearby restaurant choices. Within walking distance of the historic town center and a taxi outside hotel if needed. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Guadalajara and at Hotel Morales.
