"Check in was a breeze and the staff who helped me was wonderful. It was a busy time in the hotel, due to the Guangzhou Conference, the staff noted my request in english for a room with a view ( my mum has mobility issues, and would be spending more time in the room). "My wife and I stay here for 2 night.We like it. No free breakfast.Eating is little expensive. The shuttle schedule is limited. It runs every 2 hour from 10:10 am to 06:10PM from airport. (9:30 am to 5:30PM from hotel). You need to call hotel at least one hour before the schedule . If you are not booked in the hotel, you will be charged ~50RMB. The shuttle takes about 35 min each way. "

"酒店的住宿环境和硬件配置还可以，但管理水平有待提高，一天至少要敲2次住客的门（一次搞卫生，一次送早餐券），我这2年先后住过10多家酒店（香港和国外），没有一家酒店一天敲门超过1次的。另外这间酒店的早餐有待改进（每天只有少量西瓜，而且数量有限------唯一水果），早餐饮料只有豆浆、茶、开水3种，建议酒店的管理人员去越南、柬埔寨等国看看同行的经营方式。"
