"Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. "Lovely place, quiet and accessible walk to town. Go across street to private area, sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. The manager was a lovely lady, very helpful. People in the town, not so much! Not engaging at all! "
