This new and unusual hotel is located in a lively part of the city and made our first visit to Hamburg very special. The building is extraordinary. Finding the building is easy, finding the entrance to the hotel is difficult. The entrance is similar to that of an inner city car park, it’s hidden round the back, no signage to speak of and no lighting at night which is unacceptable. The hotel is the new (top) part of the building and enjoys access to the public walkway (which was very crowded when we visited). The hotel has no communal space such as a lobby so is rather impersonal, there is open space on the same level as the check in desk, coffee shop, souvenir shop and the bar but this will be pretty cold in the winter. The rooms are designed to reflect the nature of the urban location and our room was decorated with street art. Our room was very comfortable with great views of the city and windows that open wide. Our room had a lot of design features including mood lighting but it was impractical in other ways, limited space and virtually no storage. We would have liked more information about the hotel and the features in our room (we never figured out how to operate the ‘intuitive’ thermostat or access Alexa). The hotel is new and still going through the ‘snagging’ phase, but that didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves and the extraordinary location. All the staff we came into contact were very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.

I have a lot to say but I think a pro con list will sum it up Pro 1. Very clean 2. Beautiful view, our room was on the 3rd floor and had a double balcony that was a nice bonus. 3. Convenient to public transport 4. Comfortable rooms 5. Check in was super easy and straight forward 6. The bar was way over priced for the area 7. If you want an authentic Hamburg experience this is the area, it seemed to be away from anything tourist related, and a lot of shops/ bars didn’t speak much English which was cool Cons 1. Terrible signage, kind of difficult to find the entrance of the actual hotel. Can’t miss the building. Coming off the u-Bahn it’s obvious where the building is but the entrance is tucked away and there’s not signs on the side you walk up to from the u-Bahn. 2. Most everything is closed by 10pm, and despite advertising there was no grab and go (not counting the 3 weird craft sodas for €4) 3. No real amenities at all, if they existed they were not advertised by staff at check in. 4. The building is a public building, and while obviously they have taken steps for security it was very surprising to look out your window and see people walking past it, to the point you can’t open your window or open the curtains at all during the day if you are in the rooms on the 100 floor according to friends who were also staying at this hotel at the same time as us. 5. As of July 2024, the hotel still wasn’t complete and it was obvious but hopefully they will work out some kinks

A hidden gem of hotels
The hotel was clean, very modern and of course at a great location. Only downside is the instructions to get to the hotel. We were a bit confused getting around since the locations is a tourist attraction. We were lucky we booked this hotel at this time because I truly think it’s going to be a huge hit in this town. At night, it’s a little dark to get to the hotel from the street.

Area around the hotel is a little sketchy. They don’t have daily room servicing nor a phone to call downstairs. We went down to ask for more towels and were told they’d be brought up and they never arrived.

Property is still under construction to fully open. Rooms are still not finished and they are allowing guests to stay in the hotel under these circumstances which is completely unacceptable. There was no warning . Drills and hammers at 8 am. Missing irons and room amenities. Will be a nice hotel when it fully finished. Very disappointing

Absolut einzigartiges Gebäude. Tolle Aussicht, mitten im Geschehen. Mit ein paar kleinen Fehlern, wie ein fehlender Schrank im Zimmer oder ein nichtvorhander Vergrösserungsspiegel. Das wirklich große Problem aber ist die Lärmbelästigung. Ich würde es nur unter Vorbehalt empfehlen. Wir waren zwei Nächte. In der ersten Nacht war es absolut unmöglich zu schlafen. Im Gebäude befindet sich ein Club . In dieser Nacht ( 0 bis 5 Uhr) war dort eine Technoparty . Es war unerträglich laut und keine Chance bei dieser Geräuschkulisse zu schlafen. Positiv allerdings, das sehr verständnisvolle Personal hat uns für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Doch , um ehrlich zu sein: ob im ersten oder vierten Stock. Es war kaum auszuhalten. Die Bässe verbreiteten sich im ganzen Gebäude. Unser Glück war nur , dass ein Künstler aufgetreten ist, um 0 Uhr fertig war und wir dann entspannt schlafen konnten. Unser Tipp. Vor der Buchung , die Veranstaltungen dort checken oder selbst dran teilnehmen.

Echt cool und klasse gemacht dieses Hotel auf dem Bunker. Sehr stylisch und ideenreich. Das einzige Problem sind die nicht vorhandenen Parkplätze. Wenn da Veranstaltungen sind wie Fußballspiel am Millerntor oder wenn da Dom auf dem Heiligengeistfeld, dann hat man keine Chance zum Parken.

Toll, dass Zimmertausch möglich war, da im eigentlichen Zimmer die Rohre über dem Bett sehr laut rauschten. Allerdings war das neue Zimmer viel kleiner und schlechter ausgestattet. Das Bett schon durchgelegen. Preis/Leistung nicht stimmig- bei Frühstück für 34€ will ich keine Convenience-Produkte wie z.B. Aufbackbrötchen essen.

Den Eingang zu finden, ist schon tags eine Herausforderung. Abends zum Außenaufzug zu gehen, war für mich als Alleinreisende etwas gruselig. Ein Strahler am Dach in Höhe Parkplatz Nummer 31 wäre von Nöten. Die junge Frau an der Rezepion war außerordentlich freundlich und zugewandt und hat mir alles ruhig erklärt! Das Zimmer: stylisch, einiges praktisch, vieles fehlt: Schminkspiegel, Handtuchhalter (nur eine 60er Stange) Tisch und richtiges Sitzmöbel (nur ein Hocker), Schrank (nur vier Bügel an einer Stange). Das Fenster befand sich in Kopfhöhe, ca. 160 - 170 cm, die Aussicht daher und durch die Bepflanzung sehr eingeschränkt. Für die 2 Nächte, die ich dort verbrachte, war es okay. Längere Zeit möchte ich mich dort nicht aufhalten! Das Frühstück für 34,--€ war gut aber für den Preis nicht überwältigend. Auch hier war das Personal wieder ausgesprochen höflich, aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr flink beim Abräumen des benutzen Geschirrs. Von der U-Bahn Feldstraße ausgehend, ist das Hotel schnell erreichbar. Für mich war es interessant, mir das Hotel auf dem Bunker und die begrünte Dachterrasse anzuschauen. Ein zweites Mal würde ich diese Hotel nicht buchen.

Ich habe für eine Nacht im Reverb übernachtet. Das Hotel ist neu und modern. Leider habe ich ein barrierefreies Zimmer erhalten, obwohl ich das nicht benötigt habe. Dadurch war das Badezimmer im Vergleich zum Rest des Zimmers sehr groß, was für mich nicht notwendig war. Das Zimmer war ansonsten pragmatisch eingerichtet und hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Allerdings habe ich eine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer vermisst. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich den großartigen Ausblick sowie die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der hervorragende Service: Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr nett und freundlich. Preislich war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Es war alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Es gibt einen separaten Aufzug für den Hotelzugang. Leider nicht so viele Parkplätze direkt auf dem Areal. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Im Bad gab es Pflegeprodukte von Rituals und einen sehr guten Fön. Es waren ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu monieren, die hoffentlich behoben worden sind (Beleuchtung, schwer gängige Badezimmertür, keine Hinweise, wo sich das Frühstücksrestaurant befindet). Das Fenster war mir persönlich zu klein, aber ok. Rundherum sind viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Öffis direkt vor der Tür
