"Spent two nights at this hotel and the service by the staff was really good overall. We booked a one day tour through the hotel which was nicely put together. The location is great as well and makes it a great location! What I thought could be improved, is the quality of the breakfast as well as better upkeep/maintenance of the hotel in general. "

"Avoid this hotel. The pictures on the website DO NOT represent what the condition of the hotel is currently. It is very run down and the only reason we stayed a second night was because I was sick all day the 1st day. The bathroom water pressure is none existent, we weren’t given a wifi password, no toilet paper, you need to turn on a switch for hot water which we also weren’t told about. This is a terrible rundown place and not worth the price they charge. We went to a different hotel in Hanoi...
