"From the moment we were greeted at check in to checking out we had a lovely experience. Driving up the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, I didnt catch their names but the two ladies on check in were lovely, friendly, chatty and very welcoming. We’re clearly told about the bar, restaurant, other facilities and how to get to our room. Everywhere was really clean and in the lift up to the room we noticed there was a scan barcode we could use to book our support...

"When I booked my stay it was for two nights, and I booked a room with a roll in shower (accessible and with handrails). When I arrived the hotel had two separate consecutive one night reservations, in a second level (no elevator) room that did NOT have an accessible shower. We were required to check out and back in, though not move rooms for the second night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was professional but I wouldn't say "friendly" and never smiled..... unfortunately...
