"When I booked my stay it was for two nights, and I booked a room with a roll in shower (accessible and with handrails). When I arrived the hotel had two separate consecutive one night reservations, in a second level (no elevator) room that did NOT have an accessible shower. We were required to check out and back in, though not move rooms for the second night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was professional but I wouldn't say "friendly" and never smiled..... unfortunately...

"We picked it because they are dog friendly and we were on route to take our adopted fur baby home. The staff at late night check in were great and all wanted to say hi to our dog. Rooms were great and had what we needed for a quick night stop "

"Today, (Sept 16th) we had such a pleasantly surprised positive experience with this hotel! We didn't keep any expectations since we just needed a simple place to sleep for the night, but the staff exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were so friendly and always greeted and chatted with us. The room was a handicap accessible room in which the bathroom was so clean and had the amenities we needed except the hair dryer was missing. The airport shuttle was a godsend in convenience, and...
