"This is our go to hotel when we travel to New Orleans. Love the location! But when we checked in on Saturday night, the music was so loud, we couldn't hear what the front desk was saying! Room was fine, a few chips in the enamel on the tub & sink. No big deal. Blackout curtains were GREAT, because our room was right next to a streetlight. Checking out, was fabulous. The front desk clerk called us a cab at 2:30 in the morning! Will definitely stay again!!"
