"No Hoppa to Terminal 4 but bookable private ride £20 Very nice hotel and close to Airport.its also a conference centre so was busy when we were there but we were checked in by concierge Elvis who was really nice and upgraded us which was also nice. My only issue was on my floor 4 the carpets were very smelly and stained in corridors and could do with a good clean but my room was spotless and comfortable "

"Lovely comfortable and clean room. Only stayed one night. Conveniently located for Heathrow Airport and bus to underground to the city centre. Basic facilities -tea, coffee and hair dryer. Great shower. The staff were really polite and helpful. Definitely recommended and would choose to stay here again. Very reasonable for London. "

"The food was really good. The chicken masala was very tasty. The room is petite and comfortable for an overnight stay. There’s a bowling alley next door. A few blocks away there’s a good fish and chips spot and an awesome place to get a massage called Nida’s Thai Massage. "
