Entire property needs a deep cleaning. Doors, walls, a/c units grimy. Sink area and bathroom clean. Sheets stained and carpet in room not vacuumed during stay.

I liked the location because it was very close to many food and shopping places as well as where my coaching destination was. Our door did not lock properly you had to lift up on it to latch, the hotel staff was helpful and sorry during the process of fixing it but that doesnt negate that we slept unknowingly with the door openable by pushing it all night. The walls are thin and we heard every conversation in the rooms around us. But it did the job for a two night stay. I probably will pick a different hotel next time.

During our family overnight stay at this property was so enjoyable. Check in and checkout times are very comfortable to add in our travel plan. Breakfast has plenty of options, front office staff is very welcoming.

we were originally placed on a ground-level floor. I inspected the room and learned the window would not latch. The employee was also unable to latch the window, and offered to move us to the room next door. He tested the window before moving us to the room and realized that the window in the second room would not latch. Eventually, we were moved upstairs. The window there also did not latch, but the risk of an intruder in an upstairs room is limited, and with older children the concern for them climbing out the window is also limited. The employee was very kind and receptive to the issue.

It was an okay place to stay, found our bed sheet was covered in blood stain but the staff was fast at getting that replaced for us. Walls are very very thin so you will hear everyone in other rooms in your near vicinity. Overall, friendly staff, just needs to be better at keeping the rooms more thoroughly clean.
