The owners have obviously never been there as the problems are evident in every room and the public areas as well. Further, the GM must be getting payoffs like the Lima police department because the lobby reeks of pot, the drug deals are right outside the front door and prostitutes work freely in and outride of the building. "Friendly greeting , good sized room — travelling with older dog, so room for doggie bed is great! Good selection for breakfast. Specific rooms set aside for those who travel with pets. One suggestion; perhaps have an extra plastic baggie or two in those rooms, or near the exit door for the occasional time that us humans “ run short” and need one to clean up after our pet. "

"We stayed over two nights to be near a family member having surgery. The only reason I took away one star was because they were under renovation. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was very nice, although full double sliding shower doors let water out soaking the floor towel. Didn’t matter which way you put the doors. Design flaw but not the hotels fault. Quality dark shade over the window. Many channels offered on their TV’s. Plenty of USN ports by the bed and desk. Updates modern look....

"We requested a room by texting them beforehand, on the ground floor and they were able to accommodate us. That worked out great. Very comfortable room. The breakfast was the best in the area of all the hotels. Really nice"

"Would like to say I travel to this location several times a year. Normally we stay at another hotel but it was booked. So we choose Best Western. Hands down the best hotel. It smelled fantastic, was so clean I looked for dirt and was calm and peaceful. Thanks to the incredible hospitality of all those that work hard to make this hotel one to remember. "
