"Waiting for this Diamond in the rough to find new life, finally the new owners have done that. So many thoughtful amenities...fish cleaning station, an outdoor grill/kitchen and picnic area for CYO meals, laundry on-site, rooms have been upgraded to make the most of your stay here. Such wonderful hospitality!!! There's horse shoe, cornhole, kayaks, and so much more...oh, lets not forget the pool! And so very furbaby friendly too! We will be back most definitely and cannot wait to see what more this special place holds! Congratulations Laura and Hubs! We hope to see y'all sooner than later! Surf's up and be 'Swell'! 😎"

"Everything was wonderful "

"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Our unit had one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchen, and a small living room area with a sleeper sofa. The unit was updated and very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there was a space saver microwave/oven mounted over a 2 burner stove top for cooking. There were 3 barstools to eat at counter. There was a tv in living room area and one in the bedroom. There was a small balcony overlooking the marsh area leading to the sound. The view was very nice. The villas are connected by a walkway to the shops at Hatteras Landing where there are a few shops and a couple places to eat. There are several dining options in the area and a small grocery store nearby. The beach is close within walking distance but we only utilized the drive on beach areas. There was a very large clean pool with plenty of chairs and some tables. We weren’t sure if it would still be open but it was and we utilized it one of the days we were there. There is a laundry area on each of the 2 levels along with an ice machine. Kees Vacations did a great job with communication about our upcoming stay, check in, what to bring for the unit and the checkout procedure. You are given a start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and a dish sponge etc. The unit has a key code to enter which was convenient since we arrived after office hours. I would highly recommend staying here!! "

"Nice little camp ground. Friendly staff, clean camp ground and clean rental. We rented the single wide mobile home. It was more than enough space for my husband and I. A cute little secluded sitting area, with a little grill and a little patio for chairs, in front of the rental. A short walk to the beach, a cute canal running all away around the camp ground that you can fish or kayak in. A cute little bridge over the canal, which u can get amazing sun rising pics from."

"This hotel was very well managed. The staff was polite and helpful. It is in a great location. The only thing missing is a pool."
