"Building is very dark and funky, sometimes to the point that it is hard to see and hard to move around. At checkout, around the lifts which is a small area there are large groups of people with their suitcases wanting to get into the very slow lift, causing congestion at that point and for those wanting to get to the very small reception space. "I've stayed here heaps as it's a great spot. Some may not like the location but it's so central and you are surrounded by food, shopping, transport or walking to Central or the CBD in 5 minutes. Basic (slightly dated) apartment accomm - it's not pretending to be a motel so don't expect that. but staff are lovely and helpful"
