"Customer service is lacking. The pool closes at 7 and check-in is at 4. The sun is harmful between 12 and 5, best to go out when the sun goes down. Going out to the pool at 2 or earlier is unreasonable since Green Valley the Summers are over 100’ until September and it's extremely hot. Their pool closure at 7 pm is out of line with common sense for customer consideration. You are not even allowed to sit anywhere near the pool at 7 p or beyond.
