"This is the WORST experience we had booking with hotel.com. The rating is totally rigged! The rooms are big with a king and a queen bed in two rooms. The kitchen is nonfunctional and smells. It’s dirtier than a motel in the US. Very dated fixtures, dirty carpet, dirty and stinky bathroom and kitchen. Very poor fluorescent lightings, small towels and not well cleaned. The beds are ok but nothing special. The most ridiculous thing is we had to ask toilet paper from the front desk they pulled out...

"My Expedia booking, made 10 mths ago, was not in their computer system. I had to book a room at higher rate on the spot. I was asked many "silly" questions about my booking by two staff members for 10' until the front office manager appeared to tell me it was their new system that "forgot" about my Expedia booking which he entered manually.
