"Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture."

"I really loved my stay at B&K Rooms. So much so, I went back a second time. The apartments are modern, super clean and quiet, and have nice balconies. I really appreciated having laundry facilities on-site, so I didn't have to schlep into town with my things. Also, the free city bus leaves from outside the nearby shopping centre. And the PIN code check-in is really convenient. Dimitra was so nice, and made me feel so at home, which I really appreciated as a solo female traveller. Would 100% book...

"Great hotel, cute maisonette, amazing location surrounded by so many fabulous restaurants, shops and even the harbour is close (10 min walk max). Many bus stops around to go to Knossos, and beaches. Breakfast was great, staff super nice. Bathroom is small but it serves its purpose :). Would come back without hesitation😍"

"This was one of the worst hotels we've been too. The pictures of hotel rooms here are much better from what u get. Technically it should be rated as a Hostel! We had booked the hotel 4 months in advance for 3 people, and we got a room that had 2 single beds, and a sofa bed. The owner said "Other rooms are booked now". The shower head wasnt working (until we asked them to fix it) and had no warm water. There was no soap in the washroom. And they'd not change the towels or bed sheets every day....

"The ground floor apartment has a courtyard and hotub. The suite was super clean. Both reception and cleaning staff were really helpful. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. "We loved Lemon Garden! We stayed in the lemon house, it was bigger than we expected and full of amenities. It had so much charm! "We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended"

"Beautifully appointed room, comfortable bed, charming private (or shared depending on the room) terrace with umbrella, table and chairs. The proprietor is helpful but not obtrusive. The property is just a couple of very short blocks from the archeological museum and the old town. We are not shoppers but we saw many stores within an easy walk. Highly recommended. "
