"This is a great property for exploring the surrounding neighborhoods of Shinjuku, Harajuku, and even Shibuya. Shin-okubo station is just 2 blocks away and a Don Quijote is literally next door. The property itself is in decent condition with a single elevator and adequate amenities. It's fairly clean overall but you'll find some dust in areas if you're on the tall side. We were on an upper floor with nice city views but no ability to open the window. Note that the main entrance is on the 2nd...

The rooms are very small, but they were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Not taking any stars off, but you can hear the late night crowd outside. Just be prepped with some white noise. We would stay again."

The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the stay. However, the bathroom had a foul smell upon entering, which was a noticeable downside. Overall, a great choice for its convenience and service. Would stay again. "
