I reserved a jacuzzi room and it was so loud while running it was uneasy to have it on but worse was whatever caused the brown scum released into the water while we were bathing in it. Very gross.

The staff were very helpful when we had issue with the shower no hot water but was quickly looked after, the only think I find is that when paying for room with credit card thru Expedia we had to pay $400 cash damage deposit this time around as the previous times I paid with credit card I had paid $250 cash maybe I didn’t understand the deposit situation very well but I thought that was high for damage other then that I enjoy my stay

Horrible hotel and Hotels.com won't let you tell why it is. They submit fraudulent credit card charges and I am not allowed to explain them in these comments. I will never use either of these companies ever again.

We stayed one night on our way south to Edmonton. Staff was friendly and our check in was easy and efficient. It is not a new property but our room was clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again.
