Property HAD MOLD in BATHROOMS ! I left a day earlier than expected and they DIDNT refund me . Had bugs in the rooms . Pool was disgusting !

Staff was very nice and efficient. Our room was wonderful except it didn't look like the floors had been vacuumed in a while and they only offer housekeeping every three days. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

Pros: Front Desk was friendly, Check in was smooth. Cons:Our bathroom had roaches, chairs had stains. For it to be renovated, furniture was still dated, mold in tub/ shower area, water had funny smell. Contacted front desk and went to front desk to address issues; no one was there.

Enjoyed my stay
The hotel staff are welcoming with a warm greeting as you walk in. I am briefed on the choice hotels rewards w/key cards and the rest of the stay is exceptional. The breakfast has lots of choices and the drinks are cold and good.
