"Hotel very nice and room was spacious. Aircon only seems to blow cold in rooms from beginning of April. I was here end of March and it was hotter than normal so room was too warm. Staff friendly but service slow in most areas of hotel."

We asked for our rooms to be cleaned a couple of times during our 1 week stay, they only cleaned the floors and basic surface clean of toilet. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty on our arrival and was never refilled, despite asking a number of times. Bed sheets were tidied up but not changed during...

"Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend! "

"I arrived late at night around 1am. After a long travel , my first interaction at the es saadi hotel was with the guy at the lobby. I entered smiling and he had absolutely 0 bit of positive energy. He was not smiling and was giving me attitude a soon as i enteree. I even said hello and he did not answer me. Just looking at me waiting for me to talk. I started telling him i wanted to check in he asked for my passport. So i look for my passport and then i realize I forgot my passport at casablanca...
