"Mid-December stay. Wonderful old building on a lovely quiet street. This was a beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet (bedrooms faced the inner courtyard), comfortable place to stay in Berlin, modern bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer, towel rack warmer, comfy beds. A stone's throw from a tram and a nice walk to Warschauer Straße station and other points of interest in Berlin. Park and weekend farmers market right around the corner. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Some observations:...

"Excellent central location and despite being on such a busy street the apartment itself was very quiet. Spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Highly recommended. "

"The accommodation was excellent. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable although one side was up against the wall. The kitchenette was well equipped with appliances. The shower was nice and hot and the water pressure was unbelievable. The area is okay, but has a lot of litter and graffiti about. "

"Location excellent. Right by Mortizplatz U Bahn. Great for exploring Kreuzberg on foot. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception time is limited but the communication regarding getting into the apartment out of hours was great. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. "

The apartment is family friend, in a nice area of the city, safe and with a pleasant walkable distance to groceries, cafe shops, restaurants, and many attractions. The entrance to Kurfürstendamm underground station is just across the street. Also, easy communication with the property managers. Recommended."

"Apartment was very unclean. Soap dispensers empty and we couldn’t work out how to use them. Was very hot few days and the fan didn’t work so had to sleep with windows open which was awful as neighbouring apartments are so close there is no privacy and hard to get any sleep with so much constant noise and terrible smells from out the window made it a very unpleasant stay. Very overpriced for the condition and amenities - more like a private room in a noisy hostel than a “cosy” apartment....

"Impeccably designed apartments in a beautiful centrally located area. A welcome respite throughout the day and overnight with porches for outdoor relaxation. Adjacent to rail station so some noise and vibration from trains but that is the cost of convenience. Building and walls are made of cast concrete with sophisticated doors and window apparatus to filter out urban noise. Staff were gracious and always helpful. Great home away from home. "

"The first week the WiFi was very slow. The following 5 days it was not working. The last two days they fixed it at last. Both cleaning ladies were ill and could not come as scheduled. The cooking area has no light and the ventilation didn’t work. In the shower room, there is no place for putting or hanging clothes. The room is spacious though. The hotel is situated in the town centre and near the u Bahn and bus stations, rather convenient. "
