"Very charming beautiful hotel, meticulous landscape and locate in the heart of ancient town. Restaurants, coffee shops, tailored clothing shops are everywhere. Pool is wonderful and clean, breakfast is plenty with a lot of choices. Night time is magical with lights and colorful lanterns, so romantic to sit on the boat and travel along the river at night. "Our flight was delayed so we didnt get too hotel till 4am. There was no one around the front desk to help us check in. Walked around the entire place for 25 min to find a worker. Called number on google, phone didnt ring, called number on hotels.com, it rang and someone came. Room had moldy musty smell, no A.C. running as you have to use the key card for electricity, stains on sheets, ants, moths, mosquitos, and geckos running around room."

"This is a very basic hotel, it was clean staff are friendly and welcoming arranged transport to and from the hotel cheaper than Grab. The kettle and TV not working but very quickly rectified, breakfast is basic also but you get what you pay for."

"A lovely homestay with friendly owners in a very good location. I spent 2 nights here in standard room. The room was clean enough and big. Just 5-10 mins walk to Old town and night market and other tourist places but in a quiet area. The family was very helpful and welcoming. Grab car from here back to DAD was VND 330,000 but they could book me with much lower price. They have the breakfast and also a bike and motorbike for rent. I highly recommend this place for a family or single travelles who...
