"I was pleasantly surprised with the thoughtfulness of the front desk staff, In particularly Avona texting us about our comfort and Olivia who was pleasant and patient when checking out. Even the housekeepers note with the happy face saying thank you……..that is a first time experience and we really liked it. We met two Spanish speaking kitchen staff that kept the breakfast area clean…. They gave me a chance to practice my Spanish (they have been working there for 14 years). The other best part...

"Friendly and helpful staff. Room and appliances were in good condition. Hallways and outside areas were clean with on-site security overnight. Location was convenient to the Keys and other attractions. We would stay again though I might bring a couple of extra towels of my own to supplement the two we got. Highly recommend."
