An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. "Amazing location, two min walk (at most) from the train from the airport and ferry to Helsingor. Walking distance to the Kronan tower, restaurants, and shopping. Everything was very clean, the staff was helpful and stored our luggage all day for us after we checked out. "
