"The room is a spectacular large vintage room with vaulted ceilings. The lactation is in the heart of the old town literally on the main walking road to most sites. It is a little noisy during the day but it was not a problem. The checkin process was not smooth- it is a digital code entrance with no lobby staff and we did not receive the code in advance and had to call when we arrived so they would email it to us. The communication could be better on what the process is and getting the code in...

"I would give it a 5 stars BUT. it’s the hotel without reception only with self checking kiosk. So if you have an issue with check in application, in our case it was frozen on one page, you are actually stuck without help. And as a tourist that just arrived to Czechia I did not have local provider to make a call. So literally you are alone with the comp that at that moment didn’t work. It should be solution for such cases. "

"Very lovely hotel and the staff is nice too. I forgot to have cash on me for the per person hotel tax and they covered it for me, but I feel terrible about it. The rooms are nice with very modern bathrooms. Lots of Chinese propaganda channels on the TV service though!"

"As a hostel, it fit the bill. There is a tram stop right outside the property, however do not be misled on a map by the closeness of the metro station. It is on a bridge literally 50 to 60 meters or so above the surrounding area. So, it is a difficult walk. The city center is about 20 minutes by foot. Also, parking is about 50 meters away. Other than that, everything was fine. "

The suites are really secure and in a great central location close to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, as well as some more local haunts within 10 minutes’ walk.
