"We loved our stay with Santa Cruz. It was like staying with good friends. Willie, Flo, Judy, David and others were very friendly, helpful, and professional. From organizing a tour, to answering quick texts about appropriate Taxi fares, arranging laundry, and accommodating our vegetarian diet, everything was perfect. "Room had a nice view, it was clean,’spacious room with running hot water 24 hrs a day and good WiFi reception. Breakfast was also good and statusfying. The location is up hill, and it’s about 15 — 10mn walk to the city center. Friendly service from staff! "
