"Great stay in Hue, couldn’t recommend enough! The service is exceptional and the room is really clean. We also went to their SPA which was really good - pricer than usual for Vietnam but an amazing experience. Breakfast has a lot of options which is nice. Only callout is the frozen pizza from the Zenith bar, which wasn’t great. Otherwise a really nice stay, no complaints!"

"Spent 3 nights in the executive suite. Great value for money for my family of six. It rained nonstop for 2 days (expected in mid-Dec) but the indoor waterpark (heated water) and the Onsen was enough to keep the kids active and happy. We went into town all three nights for dinner. It’s not far but the 40km/hr speed limit and traffic made the rides at least 30 minutes or more each way. In town, the food quality, selection, and cost was unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice, but room service food and price was ridiculous compared to what you can find outside of the hotel. Overall, we had a great time and would come back again! Some info that may be useful: Room had flip flops you can wear out. Couple of umbrellas in the room. Take towels to the waterpark - they charge you to rent towels, except for the Onsen area that provides towels on the 4th floor. Lockers are on the 1st floor Waterpark and 4th floor Onsen, but each lockers are relatively small. "

"All of the employees, from the front desk to the restaurant manager, were friendly. They were incredibly nice from the beginning to the end of my stay. All staff were really polite and surprised our son with a birthday treat and birthday card for his second birthday, which was a great gesture. "Delightful hotel with a great sense of interior design. We stayed in the 16th floor and really loved both the style of the room, its size and furniture. Breakfast was also as we had a selection of options. We were very grateful for the hotel staff service who were very polite, efficient and caring of our needs."
