"Spent 3 nights in the executive suite. Great value for money for my family of six. It rained nonstop for 2 days (expected in mid-Dec) but the indoor waterpark (heated water) and the Onsen was enough to keep the kids active and happy. We went into town all three nights for dinner. It’s not far but the 40km/hr speed limit and traffic made the rides at least 30 minutes or more each way. In town, the food quality, selection, and cost was unbelievably good. "All of the employees, from the front desk to the restaurant manager, were friendly. They were incredibly nice from the beginning to the end of my stay. All staff were really polite and surprised our son with a birthday treat and birthday card for his second birthday, which was a great gesture.
