The manager Ms. Carlota was very kind, polite and accomodative to every request.She arranged for special decrations for my daughter"s birthday. "The reason I gave low grade for service is because when I arrived there there was NO reservation in my name and I had to pay again in higher tariff. I stay one hour talking at hotels.com, spoke to 5 different people and no one solved my situation. I had to call 3 times and in the last time they told me the reservation was cancelled and no refund was sent to my account or information. After one big day travelling it was a nightmare. I hope they improve their service."

"After looking again said should contact about check in time but a call worked when there. Road to accommodation was tight and up to parking area was hard. Helpful staff and nice accomadation."
