"Our 2nd time staying at the Umusic Hotel. Actually got our same terrace room as last time and we love it!Very convenient hotel...walk right out to shopping...dining and site seeing. The staff here is A !They are so friendly and very helpful . We will be staying here on all our trips to Madrid.Again...A Staff and great hotel! "

"We ended up with a last-minute need for two hotel rooms for five people, and Hotel Princesa was perfect. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and well-designed, the bar and front desk staff were friendly, and they were willing to store 10 (!) bags for several hours before we were able to check in. The showers were amazing, beautiful view of sunrise over Madrid, and a convenient location, about a 12-minute walk from Plaza de España. "

"The location is great, breakfast amazing, friendly staff, and very clean. Our only suggestion is that there should be an exclusive section for customers on the 360 rooftop, it was always too crowded on the sunset time which unable us to enjoy and take pictures. "
