"Really appreciated this hotel and especially the staff. The staff were very friendly to my family and me. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are pretty awesome. There are so many to thank. But special thanks to Manar (housekeeping) and Mohsen (lunch restaurant). They really try to make your experience unique and customized to your tastes. Very professional. You can tell they are professionally trained. Also the executive chef was extremely nice. Always stopping by and welcoming us. "

"My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. "Basic but functional for a hostel type of place. Fixtures and fittings were a bit old. Bathroom had a small leak so floor always remained damp. Kitchen sink mixer tap was loose. Could not work out which knob worked for which hob and there were no markings so there was a lot of guesswork. Kitchen should have a clean electric kettle and toaster as standard. "
