"The property has its own laundry facilities which is very convenient for my family and I.. clean room , nice welcoming staff.. front desk manager Rachel was great.. But once inside of the room, microwave didnt work, got in the shower and the handle fell on my feet.. afterwards the toilet wouldn't flush.. After complaints to the front desk, they quickly gave me another room and everything was perfect.. most definitely give it a 3 in a half star.."

"The front desk service was disappointing. I was left standing outside in the cold with no one at the desk. When I rang the bell more than once, the staff member responded by yelling at me, which was unprofessional."

"The front staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and accommodating. The only thing I need to point out is it looked like previously, someone had to pry open the door where the security bolt latches from the door frame to the door. Because of this, the door catches, staying ajar when it should close. Recommend taking a look at this. Otherwise, my stay was great. "
