"I did a last minute booking and had a good stay. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms, however, do not look like the pictures online. Once I checked in and noticed the difference, I was allowed to see another room but stayed with what I had. I think, for a spa location, I was expecting more bang for the buck. "We had only one night, which was - unfortunately - Christmas Eve. This meant that all regular restaurants were closed, including the one of the hotel itself. We ended up eating in a Kebab fast food place. The breakfast buffet of the hotel the next morning was phenomenal."

"Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. This property is conveniently located just across the street from the philharmonic, ludwig museum, and cathedral. Mini bar prices were reasonable. Primary complaint is that room only offered instance coffee kettle."

"The hotel is situated in a great location for wandering round the city or jumping on the train. Comfortable beds, nice sized rooms, excellent shower and bathroom. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious! The pool and spa facilities were very good also. Would return again in a heartbeat. "
