"This hotel is absolutely lovely if you’re looking for a place to stay in downtown Victoria. The rooms are beautiful and clean; please make sure to book Ocean View as it’s completely worth the money!! The water taxi will pick you up right in the harbour and everything is so close that you can even walk to where you need to go. The restaurant is 5 star and the hotel staff are always amazing!"

"Excellent staff, very helpful and kind. Bed was a little old-school and springy and unfortunately the doors for the room do not have a soft close mechanism so when people leave their rooms at anytime day/night it slams behind them. "
