The location was a bit far from the main train station. Missing water heater for boiling hot water as weather were cold during my stay. But overall, we like this place caused is is quiet.

Reception cordial but not that helpful with directions. Breakfast was included and ok. A bit of a walk to the old town but the Innsbruck card was well worth it once we figured out what was covered and how to get to the various areas.

Very Friendly, Even for Moving Pets!
Stayed for one night on the way through Innsbruck. Super convenient, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Would come back and stay again. Not too far from the train station, let us bring our cats (we were moving). It's a great place.

Peaceful stay just outside city centre.
Two nights at the Alpinpark. It is a quiet neighbourhood 1km from railway station, 2km from city centre. Street parking is time limited(!) and spaces under the hotel are limited although the staff helped to create a space - book your space ahead? Lobby and restaurant areas are charming and bar is nice. Room was clean. Safe and fridge in room but No coffee making. Air conditioning was a floor fan and the window. Wifi was intermittent and so too were most TV channels. Nice stay.

Good location. Nice & quite, except the nearby church bells start ringing about 6am. Sauna & spa area good, except hot tub was luke warm. Very happy with the skiing. Ax. Lizum was my favorite. Liked Schlick. Stubai Glacier also very good, but a long bus ride. Ski shuttle that picks up outside the hotel was very good & gets you to the aforementioned areas w/o problem. Very good hotel for the price. Had dinner at their restaurant a couple nights. Also quite good!

Great experience at this hotel. Close to the town, around 15 mixtures walk, through a lovely park and over the river. Mountain views all around. Staff were friendly, hotel was kept well. Good sized bathroom and the beds were comfy. The breakfast buffet was great, huge selection of foods and drinks, good quality. Waiting staff were friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

Solo trip to Innsbruck
The staff is incredibly friendy and knowledgeable. Bed was nice and comfortable and water pressure in the shower was everything you want. The hotel location is great for foot travel to see all Innsbruck including restaurants and nightlife. Nice place!
