Calum , the manager was GREAT! I had injured myself on the Highland way and the Hotel we were booked in did not answer the phone all day to tell us how we could get to them as we were now not walking there. So we had to take Public transport in to Inverness and the Marriot at the airport. Calum reasured us that wehad been given the last room and would be accomodated.

No dinner available until 9pm at night as they had a large booking in. No prior warning. The hotel is in a remote enough location that sourcing another restaurant as a solo traveler is a nightmare. Attitude of the female assistant reception manager was shocking too , no room service available either. Really disappointed.

The hotel is perfectly located for early morning flights and as a base to explore the Highlands. Our room was clean and modern. The room sound proofing worked very well. We did not hear aircraft nor other guests. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options.

Right at the airport, we could walk just two minutes to get there when it was time for our flight. The room and facilities were very clean. The staff was nice and the food was great.

It is an airport hotel, which generally means that people check in or out at all times of the day. We arrived at 1240 and were charged 20 pounds for early check in, as check in time was 1500. Room was not fully cleaned or stocked.

Would definitely stay here again! Comfortable bed , clean bathroom. Curtains needed fixing as they did not meet in the middle and there was bright light all night long. I could not find the TV remote ?. Front desk person Nathan did not listen to my request he was arrogant “politely rude” and dismissive . Steak was good ,wine surprisingly pleasant. French fires poor quality overcooked or previously frozen a bit disappointing maybe the cooking fat was old?. Overall i did enjoy my dining experience. Kerr in the restaurant was polite and respectful a nice young man.

I would honestly not recommend this property unless you are just staying a night and have very low expectations. The staff was for sure nice enough, but it was definitely not worth the money spent on the room. The room didn’t have a chair and the bathroom drain didn’t do its one job. We had water all over the bathroom floor and onto the carpet. I actually had to fix it myself just to get it to drain slowly. There was barely any room to walk between the beds. It was also so far away from almost everything in and around Inverness. If you didn’t have a car, you would be at the mercy of taxis and or Uber. And not that is the hotels’s fault but there is a foul stench in and around the property.

Bathroom lighting fairly dim, I could not see my whiskers well enough to shave. Restaurant understaffed and limited menu for such a captive group of guest with no other real options. Otherwise courteous, clean and convenient.

Great location - 3 minutes walk away from Inverness Airport. A few frustrations: There is no info about the on site restaurant on the website. I called to find out if they were open and a general cost of dishes. The person "helping me" (the person who answered the phone) gave little info just that they closed at 10. They neglected to say that a reservation was required. We waited for an hour for dinner. Once we were seated, the food was quickly served, hot, and tasty. Our booking was for 3 people. The couch/bed was made for us but only 2 coffee cups and 2 towels were provided. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel containers were all empty.

Excellent staff service. Facilities had the potential of being really good but the arrival of bus parties limited availability of facilities. The bus party participants very noisy and inconsiderate which could be heard through bedroom walls.
