The Brown Street Inn
3.5 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (96)
"I wish we had found Brown Street Inn Freshman year! The home and neighborhood are so charming and easily walkable to downtown Iowa City (15 minutes). Our room was adorable, clean and comfortable with an in room bath. Christine and Doug were gracious hosts and the breakfast, served 8-10 am, is all homemade and delicious! This stay was super relaxed and well worth the price - we will definitely stay again. "

"This is a great property in a great location. Overall, I love it and will stay here again. I have a nice big comfortable room. The only thing I notice is that it needs attention on a number of small maintenance issues - a loose toilet seat, art that has fallen out of its mounts. "
