"Room was ready at 6pm Place is a dump. Toilet was dirty. Somebody came in my room at 5 am Very rude staff Lobby is nice, and pictures look ok. But do not stay here for any reason "

"Jerusalem was quite different this year from previous years. I was at several hostels, it was a rule rather than the exception that there was nobody at the reception when I tried to check in. At this one I had to sneak in and wait for about an hour before anyone came. The place didn't feel like a hostel anymore. There were very few tourists or travelers; the hostel was occupied by guest workers from India, none of them spoke English or Hebrew."

"Since management was about to sell the property and cancelled people’s reservations at the last minute, it was a very depressing place to stay. Services were cut as a consequence and staff could have cared less about the guests.I was relieved when checkout time came."
