My only negative is I tried to contact the property multiple times prior to our arrival to organise transport from the airport but never received a response. We ended up having to pay a driver to take us to the hotel when we arrived at a further cost to us only to arrive at the hotel just after the free shuttle bus which was disappointing as we were never told about the bus or where...
