Hotel far from airport
this hotel is far from the airport around 45 mn drive , the room was ok but old style and the looby and lift very dirty especially during the covid 19 pandemic they should really care about cleanest...the mall next door good for have a meal but not for shopping anything...overall this hotel is quiet expensive for the quality and the location...not Novotel standard .

Excellent hotel
It was truly an excellent experience at Novotel Tangerang Hotel. The service was excellent especially at the restaurant. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of variations. Truly 5 stars hotel.
