"Was good everything "

"When initially checking in, we were given a basic room on the 1st floor and told our "style" of room was sold out. Complaining the next day, the room classification that we paid for, suddenly opened up, and we moved to it. We were told that this upgrade is "on the house" but it was the original classification that we paid for......personally not happy with those tactics. "The property was one of our best stays ever, and that saying a lot for world travelers. It was excellent, Estella was our room and it was exceptional. Property is difficult to access though for those with bad knees or mobility concerns. It is high on the hillside above the Malecon, but that affords it an excellent view."

"Hotel was great. It is a perfect location to the beach and all the culture is right outside the door. It’s a safe location and the staff was great. Our room was a little outdated but the a-c worked good and it was sufficient."
