"We travelled as a couple the week of Feb 8 - 14. Having stayed at many all inclusive resorts we often compare our experiences. The only (very minor) negative we found was that the buffet restaurant could become a bit crowded/busy depending on what time we chose to dine. Hotel Morales Historical & Colonial Downtown Core

"The concierge Frank was really good. He spoke good English which really helped us out. He suggested excellent restaurants and arranged transportation to them as well. Both meals were fantastic. He also arranged for hotel shuttle to take us to bus depot upon our departure. The hotel was really well located in the historic area. Definitely walkable to all tge highlights. A wonderful stay and will stay there again when we are in Guadalajara. "
