"The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "

"Nice area and near airport if you driving. It also about 10-15 mins walk from JR station. Maybe the wifi need to be improved other area have been quite good. Cleanliness is ok amenities just right. Only issue was the body soap run out I guess they didn’t top it up to full so we have to buy our own as no service personal is in that hotel to serve you immediately. The greatest problem with the whole unit was that it’s very cold during winter. The heater is only this 1 small aircon unit trying to...

"My family and I loved how this property is quiet and relaxing and close to the station, yet it's away from all the hustle and bustle. It was very spacious and had a washer/dryer. The lady at the check in counter was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely check out other MInn Gion locations when we return to Japan."

"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. "The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."
