"I was there for a very short period of time. Actually my first time to Brazil. And I find everybody was accommodating, courteous, and very polite. My Portuguese does not exist but everybody had the patience to assist me. I thought the staff was very kind."

"Nice room in a good location, but there was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling and it made noise all night long. Hallway ceilings were under construction, so there were large holes in the ceiling. Otherwise, it was fine and staff were helpful. "
