"Our room was nice and clean. There door hanger sent an unclear message. They say “Not Ready YET” we took our door hanger off when we left our room. When we returned, housekeeping did not come in. We stopped at the front desk to get clean towels and told them that no one cleaned our room. She said if we put our sign on our door, housekeeping would not come back to clean.
