"Bridget at the front desk is top notch. Super friendly and informative. The bellman was so accomodating and helpful. I think his name was Ryan. The only complaint is the cleanliness. Our walls and baseboards were filthy. There was a huge dried coffee still on walls under office desk and other various areas on wall that need to be wiped down. The baseboards super dusty. Other than that everything is top notch and I will be back. "

"This the most beautiful and modern Hotel in Hot Springs! Not to mention it is right next to the Lake ! Our room was facing theblake so we had one of the best views.. Service was grand, specially with their great trademark cookies!! "
