"There is not much to say over and above What others have said. Stayed with my daughter for 2 nights, and enjoyed bathing in the pools above the waterfall, extensive and safe trails. Be really careful walking around the waterfall as help is a long way off if needed. A 24-hour chorus of wildlife seems to change every few minutes. The chocolate is absolutely fantastic. "This property is perfect for a weekend getaway from San Jose and for those who want enjoy the beauty of the Puriscal mountain range.. It is very clean and quiet and the patio offers great view of the mountain. Dining is 4km away in Santiago which was very inconvenient. Not recommended for family with children."

We stayed 2 nights and BOTH nights we journeyed out only to find that taxi drivers had no idea where this place was and that was AFTER showing them the address card that the hotel had given us.
