"The room was not bad although it was terribly humid. Pillows were very uncomfortable. They don’t put bottled water and stores around were closed so we were thirsty all night. They woke us up at 7am to move the car (other cars were parked in front of us) as we were the last ones to check in so that ruined our sleep. The WC had a water leak. Too expensive for what it is. "

"Wanted a place near historical area. Nice location. Friendly service. Quiet location on the main street & close to everything. wanted to check out Cuernavaca as a possible place to move to. We'd stay there again. "

"Nos tocó una de las 2 cabañas que dan al jardín. El lugar es muy tranquilo. Walberto muy amable. La cama y almohadas un poco incómodas. Desafortunadamente tuvimos como vecinos a un tal Alberto y Abigail que no tuvieron la decencia de respetar el lugar ni a las personas que nos hospedamos allí, con escándalo y peleas casi toda la noche. Hablamos con Walberto y muy amablemente hizo lo que estuvo a su alcance para remediar la situación. El lugar está muy cerca de la avenida que va a la pirámide y...

"El lugar esta super sucio, las habitaciones con alacranes, ni papel de baño ponen. la alberca no esta climatizada como lo anuncia. El anfitrión super pesado. por el mismo costo puedes pagar un hotel donde te aseguro la vas a pasar mucho mejor"

"I had a terrible experience with the hotel administrators. The electric gates of the parking lot closed as I was taking my car out, and they hit my back door very hard. The hotel didn’t want to assume responsibility and would not pay for the damage to my car. This made me very very upset. After 3 hours wait for their insurance, they only gave me half the amount of the repair costs.... Truly awful experience. I would never book this hotel again, and the “cheap cost” obviously wasn’t worth it."
