"Perfect hotel with magnificient view of the Sakurajima volcano and bay. - Our room was very spacious with two airconds, great beddings, bright clean bathroom, good amenities - Breakfast was great and nicely presented. - Free shuttle bus to the chuo line. - Staff and services were top notch, probably one of the best we have come across. "I booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy an onsen (which allowed hotels) and a traditional-style bedroom. It met both of those criteria, and was in a prime location to explore downtown Kagoshima City. I really appreciated that the staff kept our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. Plus, they helped call us a taxi when we were heading to board a ferry at the port."
